Andrew Mercer is the Owner and Director of Andrew Mercer Hockey Development, based in Ottawa, Canada. Andrew, a former goaltender himself, has been coaching goalies for the past 14 years, a stint that began in Sydney (Cape Breton) Nova Scotia. In 2001, Andrew was the "Coach of the Year" and Development Coordinator for the Cape
Breton County Minor Hockey Association, which was honored as Nova Scotia's top hockey association during his tenure. In Ottawa, Andrew is regarded as a top goalie instructor and works full time at his trade of developing goalies through year round private lessons, camps, and clinics. Recently, Andrew was named the goaltender coach for The Brockville Braves Junior "A" team.
